No harm done: Next time you suspect something like this will happen, start up with a salicylic acid face wash as tolerated, or topical benzoyl peroxide if you have it. Rubbing alcohol isn't a good idea in this sort of situation -- it hurts your tissue more than it does the bacteria -- soap and water is much better for clearing the debris that gives the bacteria an advantage. Your physician's a resource.

Aloe: Aloe, calendula, manuka honey are soothing natural substances that can soothe skin. Manuka as medihoney will decrease bacteria and heal ulcerated skin. The pinkness will slowly fade.

As with most rashes.: ...This could be a variety of things.  This could be a virus, or this could be a bacterial infection that would respond to an antibiotic. This could even be tiny insects in the skin.  It cannot be diagnosed online.  You must see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.  If your child is in pain, see a doctor as soon as possible.

Stop popping: The worst thing you can do is pop your pimples, you might leave scars.  Try treating your acne instead.

: If on the skin then it is a boil or a sebaceous cyst neither of which you shouldpop but see your doc or a Urologost. In the meantime keep area clean with soap and water

If : If your skin tends to be thick, oily, and you have had problems with acne or similar type lesions, chances are you have a sebaceous cyst. If it is something that is bothering you have your dermatologist check it out.

Please be seen: That sounds like an infected sebaceous cyst.  You will need to see your primary care doctor and he or she can remove it with a simple in office surgery.  It will not go away until the cyst sac is removed.  I suggest getting in as soon as possible to avoid any further infection risk.

Not a pimple: Your podiatrist or dermatologist will need to see it. It is most likely not a pimple, but either a fungus infection or a type of dermatitis. If the doctor cannot identify it, they can perform a simple procedure in the office to determine what it is.
