Maybe. Maybe not.: It is uncertain what harm or what good a substance will do for a breastfeeding mother and her breastfed baby, if the substance is not a real medicine, tested and tested again, approved by the FDA, and with known effects and side effects. Buyer beware. User beware. It is best to stick with real medicines, because we have more certainty about a real medicine's composition, purity, effects, etc.

Variable: The uterus responds to ovarian hormones by bleeding or not bleeding. If hormones are adequate & balanced, bleeding is absent until the drop in Progesterone (if not pregnant) induces menstrual bleeding. Hormone imbalance can cause irregular & unpredictable uterine bleeding among other symptoms.

Fertilizzation: The egg is fertilized by the sperm in the fallopian tube, not the uterus. The embryo once formed migrate to the uterus an implants after ~ 5 days. From fertilization to implantation it takes approximately 5 days.

Yes but less: Who have hysterectomy with ovaries not removed still get carcinoma of ovary, need regular cheek ups, however incidence  will be slightly lower than general population ( who did not have hysterectomy.

Ovarian cyst: Location of the cyst its not that important while treating a cyst ( not thinking from a surgical standpoint, where it can actually have some effect but for the surgeon). A cyst can be treated medically, expectant management or surgically.

Uterus: See your regular OB-GYN doctor on this issue.  you might need to have D &amp; C procedure on your uterus for biopsy.  As far as ovarian cyst, ultrasound will be good for follow up on regular basis.  Sometimes laparoscopic surgery might help for diagnosis and treatment.
