A member asked:

If anybody have her uterus removed is there still a risk of the ovarian cancer?

Yes but less: Who have hysterectomy with ovaries not removed still get carcinoma of ovary, need regular cheek ups, however incidence will be slightly lower than general population ( who did not have hysterectomy.

Yes: Ovaries are some times removed with the uterus, if that is the case, then the woman would not have ovarian cancer. If ovaries are not removed, then the person retains her inherent risk of ovarian cancer.
