How to treat an ovarian cyst behind uterus?

Ovarian cyst: Location of the cyst its not that important while treating a cyst ( not thinking from a surgical standpoint, where it can actually have some effect but for the surgeon). A cyst can be treated medically, expectant management or surgically.
