why my weight is not increasing, it is always be 62 - 65 kgs, even in ramadhan i fast 30 days still my weight is 63 kgs after ramadhan i will be 65max?

Weight loss: I'm not exactly sure if you want to gain weight or lose weight as you are talking about fasting.
Anyway if you want to lose weight, fasting is not the way to go about it, having a good balanced diet, regular exercise are the most important thing to do.
as far as gaining goes, make sure you need to gain weight first, calculate your BMI, if your BMI is low then make sure you eat 2000kcal a day.

is fasting in ramadan safe to your health?

Not a problem: This is only a 1/2 day fast each day.  The body can easily handle this and our ancestors probably in effect did this every day as they had to constantly hunt for food and prepare it in the evening.  It is totally safe for your health.

we fast for almost 13-14hrs for a month during ramadan. is it unhealthy to gym then? if its not unhealthy which is best time to gym during that month?

Later in day: If you are fasting for the majority of the day, then you will be dehydrated at the end of the fasting period.  So assuming that you are having dinner after your fast, as well as breakfast in the morning before your fast, then the best time to work out is probably an hour or 2 after your fast, after you've had some fluids and a snack - or you could work out in the morning, before breakfast.

can i keep taking isotretinoin during ramadan? i'm afraid u won't be getting enough fluids during the night?

Isotretinoin: Oral isotretinoin can dry the skin out a lot, if you intend not eat or drink during the day then you might want to talk to your dermatologist about stopping temporarily the isotretinoin

dhea 25 mg is taking 3 times a day. during ramadan ( fasting month) if it is taken 2 times per day, then is it a problem?

Why are you: taking DHEA? How are you judging whether it is helping any current medical problem. DHEA is converted to cortisone, estrogen or testosterone -- and you don't have any way to tell your body which one to convert to. Also, most of the DHEA pills don't have much true DHEA in them. Save your money. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams.

it's ramadan and i'm fasting. at what time during the day would it be optimal to exercise? how might i lose weight, or at least not gain weight?

Will not be gaining: If you are fasting , you will not be  gaining weight , if you are not used to do strenuous activity , exercises before , you may not be able to do it now in day time , you will deplete the limited glucose storage , do it in the  night.

Ramadan fasts: Ramadan fasts by pregnant women can be problematic if dehydration results when not drinking or eating during the daylight hours. It is important to honor the religious belief, but it is necessary to at least tell the OB MD of this practice in case Rx is needed during pregnancy.

Tough question: Your religious beliefs aside.  If you are getting physically ill from fasting during Ramadan, you may need to adjust your calorie intake to avoid these issues.  Is there anyone you can talk to about this, so you do not feel bad about the religious implications, etc.  Best wishes.
