Weight loss: I'm not exactly sure if you want to gain weight or lose weight as you are talking about fasting. Anyway if you want to lose weight, fasting is not the way to go about it, having a good balanced diet, regular exercise are the most important thing to do. as far as gaining goes, make sure you need to gain weight first, calculate your BMI, if your BMI is low then make sure you eat 2000kcal a day.
