See your doctor: any raised lumps with your past medical history should be examined by a doctor to determine what it could be. S/he will determine your next step. You may need imaging if it is very large. Good to mention your hoarse voice during your exam to have this further investigated too.

Psoriasis: You might want to get that rash checked by a dermatologist. It sounds like the condition is restricted to the extensor surfaces of your body, which could indicate psoriasis, an autoimmune disease that not only can affect your skin, but can also cause arthritis.

i have a raised medium sized red bump on the inside of my forearm. it is hard & incredibly itchy. originally a bite (2018) but it went away. 13 months ago it would flare up and get itchy. 2 months ago it has remained itchy. what is it? wart, keloid?

Dermatologist: Consult a dermatologist. A bug bite site shouldn't remain itchy for more than 10  days or so. Some people can develop a keloid even after a scratch, but since your lesion is very firm and chronically itchy, I recommend that a specialist examine and advise you.

extensive family history of skin cancer. within last week (around time tested positive for covid), 2 new raised bumps (inner thigh and forearm). thigh looks like small bubble you get when you burn yourself. forearm bump is scaly. immediate concern?

: Those described lesions are not typical for skin cancer (timing and appearance). You can observe those lesions for now and see doctor if they persist or new lesions develop. Do not worry too much and there is no relationship between Covid-19 infection and skin cancer by my knowledge. Good luck.

R/O HIVE: Hive are raised bumps that can occur after an  allergen exposure. They are usually itchy and multiple. If there is only one it may be a cyst or a lipoma. You need an exam to determine the type of lesion .

RASH- Many causes!: Can be allergic rash, usually there is itching with it. Urticaria, a MAP like, raised, changing size and shape, is another kind of allergic rash. Other causes: viral infection, insect bite, contact dermatitis, keratosis pillaris, bacterial infection, etc. If not bothering, just wait, can use some moisturizing lotion. If any worsening, take the baby to the pediatrician.
