I have a raised medium sized red bump on the inside of my forearm. it is hard & incredibly itchy. originally a bite (2018) but it went away. 13 months ago it would flare up and get itchy. 2 months ago it has remained itchy. what is it? wart, keloid?

Dermatologist: Consult a dermatologist. A bug bite site shouldn't remain itchy for more than 10 days or so. Some people can develop a keloid even after a scratch, but since your lesion is very firm and chronically itchy, I recommend that a specialist examine and advise you.
