RASH- Many causes!: Can be allergic rash, usually there is itching with it. Urticaria, a MAP like, raised, changing size and shape, is another kind of allergic rash. Other causes: viral infection, insect bite, contact dermatitis, keratosis pillaris, bacterial infection, etc. If not bothering, just wait, can use some moisturizing lotion. If any worsening, take the baby to the pediatrician.
