had distal radius 813.42 surgery, then a external fixator on for a month after surgery. now removed, but wrist & fingers are very stiff, wrist wont flex up at all. is this normal? how long to recover?

Very common...: This problem is very common after distal radius surgery, especially with an ex-fix. You wil need hand therapy for several weeks but your function should gradually improve.

Please see doctor: It is hard to tell without an exam whether what you are experiencing are muscle cramps or a less common condition called myotonia. You definitely need basic blood workup including electrolyte levels (k, ca, and phosphorous), thyroid/parathyroid function, and muscle enzyme (ck ) levels. Depending on your exam, your doctor may also choose to perform an EMG test for your muscles.

i cut my middle ring and pinky finger , an damaged my tendons in all 3 fingers , & severed my nerve in my ring finger. i had surgery to repair all of that.my question is i have excessive scar tissue and cant move my finger tips , will they remove it?

: First, participate in hand therapy.  It may be that scar tissue is revised, but you need to discuss with the surgeon.  Best of outcomes.

had carpal tunnel release surgery 4 days ago-they did a nerve block.in 24 hrs i had my feeling back in my fingers except 2,my 3rd & 4th. need i worry?

Not to worry, Kim: These may be slower to recover because they are also among the fingers affected by the carpal tunnel (compression of the median nerve). Also, depending on which blocking agent was used and other factors (like circulation, temperature), it may take up to a week for the full effects of the anesthetic/analgesic medications to wear off.  If the numbness persists beyond one week, I'd get reevaluated

why after ulnar nerve transposition surgery my little finger is cold?

: You need to discuss this with your surgeon and "ulnar nerve trans surgery" is a broad term.    I would google ulnar nerve distribution and see if cold sensation to nerve serving little finger does this as it may have been bruised during surgery and may get better.

Physical therapy: Please speak to either your surgeon or your referring physician. It is likely you need continued therapy on your finger for increased flexibility.

It depends: Scar tissue and strictures can develop following surgery and permanently decrease your range of motion if not addressed.  Physical therapy may help you regain your function much sooner.

would deep sedation in surgery cause ulnar nerve damage? i had a d&c .. and maybe its concidence but my baby finger has felt strange since can still feel heat etc but wondering could this be caused by deep sedation or is it concidence?

: Sedation or anesthesia per se would not damage the ulnar nerve, however, the nerve is superficial and could get injured due to poor positioning of the arm during the period of sedation. If it is getting better, you may watch and wait. If the sensory deficit persists, see your doctor.
