You need to discuss this with your surgeon and "ulnar nerve trans surgery" is a broad term. I would google ulnar nerve distribution and see if cold sensation to nerve serving little finger does this as it may have been bruised during surgery and may get better.

Depending on the extent of ulnar nerve damage, and when surgery was done, it could take months for full healing. A post-operative EMG/ NCV study can objectify the extent of recovery. Discuss with your surgeon.
