Arthritis in fingers: may not seem significant before an injury to the wrist or forearm but often stiffness ensues even though the amount of arthritis on X-ray is the same exact amount inf the fingers before and after the injury to the wrist. Swelling, not using it for a while normally, all adds to the issue. Good news is that while is takes time, often motion returns. RADIUS ULNA injury- months or longer to feel good
