my gums are a purplush color and if i press on them below teeth bleeding occurs there is little pain i also have purplish spots on inside of my cheeks?

Swollen gums: There are several reasons for swollen gums. ie; bacteria under gums, mouth breather, medications, pregnancy gingivitis, clenching teeth etc.. xrays and an exam can help us determine the problem. It can also be viral, see you're dentist or physician soon.

Incomplete formation: As enamel forms during tooth formation, it can be interrupted by a number of things from fever to blood dyscrasias resulting in incomplete enamel crystallization making a chalky white appearance.  There are simple treatments for this condition.

Doubtful: Very doubtful as no direct connection unless abscess breaks into the sinus cavities. Abscessed teeth require medical-dental care which you should seek out asap.

Dental exam needed: Have you had your teeth cleaned since you started wearing your retainer?  No pain? Ni can't tell you if this is stain, calculus build up or decay, only  by having a dental exam can this be determined.  See a dentist asap.

Questions: Do you know for sure that the abscess caused the spots? Did the spots appear during the abscess or after the abscess was removed? Are you taking any medications? Did you get x-rays? Mri? Ct? Any other diagnostic information that is not in your question that you can share? Check with your doctor who may refer you to an ophthalmologist  to render you an accurate diagnosis.

See DDS: Go back to the dentist that performed the extraction for a clinical evaluation. Make sure you are not smoking as this will retard healing.

Probably: a series of cold sores  however i would check with my dentist first. Cold sores take 7-10 days to go away and can be painful.

i had a top molar tooth extracted 4 days ago. the clot is very dark, almost black with light spots. is that normal? it doesn't hurt, just looks gross.

Normal: Normal for a clot. If purulent drainage or foul smell and a fevr seek medical help.

i am 20 years old & have mild white spot on smooth surface of my tooths which i discovered recently. during checkup dentist told it was due to fluorosis so is it possible to have white spots due to fluorosis at this age?

: Yes, I answered your question before. Fluorosis began in childhood with high fluoride exposure in the first 48 months of age and can manifest in adult years. BY UPTODATE: "According to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, the prevalence of fluorosis among persons aged 6 to 39 years was 23 percent during 1999 to 2002".
