Doubtful: Very doubtful as no direct connection unless abscess breaks into the sinus cavities. Abscessed teeth require medical-dental care which you should seek out asap.

No: Separate and distinct problems. Dental infection needs immediate rx or it ah spread. Eye problem needs immediate evaluation as may be eye or brain problem. Go to er or call both your dentist and your physician immediately.
