Yes.: Sounds like you are doing great.  Regular exercise, avoidance of alcohol and low salt intake will each help lower your average bp.  If your avg BP is 128/88 there is not much evidence that medications will do much for you.

I : I think you have done remarkably well.  Keep up the good work.  Continue watching your diet and avoiding your salt intake.  Keep your caffeine intake down.  Keep working out.  Check your BP weekly.  If you can maintain your program, you might not need your antihypertensive medication anymore.  
Please understand that there is a flip side to this too. If you gain your weight back, increase your salt intake and stop exercising, you might need your medicine again.

: Check seated and standing BP and BP after going up and down on toes. If drops more than 20 mm or u get dizzy call Dr.  Especially if you are taking any meds that affect blood pressure. You can look them up at Drugs.com to see if cause dizzy spells. I

Based : Based on your history these numbers are very dangerous. Yor LDL should be below at least 100 and i would say below 70. Since your triglycerides are high your LDL particle size is probably type b... The small kind, even more dangerous. Yor HDL is the least of the problems but the higher the better. Yoe need  to see a doctor who will get your lipids under control.

i feel 6-7 extrasystols daily. some during swim or sauna, few in rest. my cardio ct shows healthy heart. ultrasound showed mitralis prolapsus. i regularly sport. is this serious ? need medication ?

Probably not serious: Extrasystolic beats, premature atrial or ventricular contractions are beats that occur before the regular 'sinus' beats; since every heart muscles has the ability to cause a heart contraction, these are not uncommon; 7/day are very few; can occur with mitral valve prolapse, caffeine, smoking...If any question, next should do a stress test to assess if there could be any underlying heart problem.

my hormone levels (testosterone/estrogen) are normal. i dont use steroids or medications. doctor said i have gynecomastia (glandular tissue growth). i am a fit male, but my cardio is bad ie. running. what could be the cause for my breast development?

: Happens often in young men for reasons that are not known. I would discuss with Drs over there as may be causes that we don't see here.  To learn details and it can be complex I would go to uptodate.com and spend some guilders for a month's subscription  (Euros? I can't recall)  and learn all about it. I don't know what it means "cardio is bad i.e. running" over there. In general running is good.

Very good med: Ramipril helps heal the kidneys and protect from cardiovascular events.  However, often it takes more than one med to control ones blood pressure.  It's analogous to flying a plane; one must follow the blood pressure closely to make sure one is not heading for trouble.

on 12.5 mg metoprolol er for benign pvcs and cardio wants me to add 30 mg diltiziam 2x a day. im afraid to add this drug. is it safe? my pvc burden as of december was 1.7% and i can tell its much lower now in the metoprolol. need advice?
