Longer qt intervals may be associated with arrhythmias (irregular heart beats) such as torsades de pointes or ventricular tachycardia (vt).  There are also inherited disorders that are associated with prolong qt intervals.

It represents the total electro-mechanical  duration during one cardiac cycle .  It is dependent on heart rate and therefore has to be corrected by a formula. It is generally longer in females than in males . A normal corrected qt is less than 500 msec.

: Numerous drugs are noted to prolong the QT interval, but this becomes an issue if several drugs interact and/or high doses are being prescribed.  Lyrica itself has few significant cardiac side effects, and would not be expected to cause arrhythmias.  Do discuss  fully with prescribing physician.

not impossible : You certainly don't want to remain on Methadone if you have prolonged qt. Risk of sudden cardiac death is real, especially at higher doses. If tapering becomes intolerable, work with an addiction specialist to help you through the process and possibly transition you to another safer agonist based replacement therapy.

Most: Quinolone or macrolide antibiotics are the ones mostly associated with prolonged QT. The other classes are safer. As always, beware of interactions with other drugs you are taking or over the counter medication. A pharmacist should be able to run an interaction checker for you.
