i have a pre-standing (non-drug-induced) prolonged qt. which antibiotics are safe and do not affect qt? cannot find any data on this.

Most: Quinolone or macrolide antibiotics are the ones mostly associated with prolonged QT. The other classes are safer. As always, beware of interactions with other drugs you are taking or over the counter medication. A pharmacist should be able to run an interaction checker for you.
