: Galactorrhea is a very common symptom of prolactinoma. However, even with high prolactin levels, it's stated that  up to 50% may not have it.  Of course, with lack of prolactin production, no galactorrhea occurs.  Do you have high prolactin levels?

Possibly: Prolactinomas have been known to cause weight gain, but I feel that good dietary measures are also going to be needed. If you need counselling on your diet, make one appointment with the dietician at your hospital for the best diet for you and you will be told what your ideal weight and daily calorie intake should be for best results.

I don't know: what "high" means numerically. Is your level still high? When you say prolactinoma, has that been demonstrated by CT or MRI?  If so, the best medication is cabergoline. Pregabalin won't help. Check w/your doctor or see an endocrinologist, There are many medications which can cause elevated prolactin levels, as well as hypothyroidism.
