You need to see an endocrinologist to sort through the information.

No: You should be using saline rinse via bulb syringe, and must see your doctor for any more aggressive therapy.

Depends on need: One effective way is to lean you head forward and once the spray tip is in the nose aim a little lateral and pump once or twice, depending on dosage needed. Try not to spray directly on the septum but into the cavity of the nose. It id s good idea to use a saline spray 5 minutes before the steroid spray to cleans the nose and prepare it for the steroid spray. Saline helps prevent nose bleeds.

Q: my father is having breathing difficulties due to lung cancer. is this good for him? pulmicort 0.25mg/ml budesonide 2ml nebulising suspension

Good for asthma: Pulmicort (budesonide) is an inhaled steroid medication approved for treating and preventing asthma. It will not help or harm a person with lung cancer.

Q: how to stretch foreskin with steroid cream?

Won't: work!! Obtain a urology consultation ..sounds like a circumcision is iindicated.... My opinion only! Dr Z

Pediatric anesthesia: Pediatric anesthesia will discuss with you. Your child will be given a medicine to swallow and it will relax him. Then in the operating room he will breath a gas that makes him sleep. Next they will place a breathing tube. Next dentistry will work and then ct. After they will bring back topper sting room to wake up and remove breathing tube. Hope this helps.

Size not important: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

The location.: "Pretracheal" means the lymph nodes are located just in front of the trachea, "paratracheal" means they are located alongside the trachea.
