Pediatric anesthesia: Pediatric anesthesia will discuss with you. Your child will be given a medicine to swallow and it will relax him. Then in the operating room he will breath a gas that makes him sleep. Next they will place a breathing tube. Next dentistry will work and then ct. After they will bring back topper sting room to wake up and remove breathing tube. Hope this helps.

General anesthesia : Surgery under general anesthesia can be a very stressful event for the parents and child. Today monitoring, medications and techniques for general anesthesia are very safe and highly effective. In most cases the tube is placed through the mouth or the nose. Fiberoptic scopes and guides can provide access to the most difficult airways. Discuss your concerns with the anesthesiologist.

Here is what likely: While under intubation, the inserted endotracheal tube is connected to a long flexible tube so the ventilation can be operated and monitored from a suitable distance.
