Anisocoria: Your pupil is different sizes because you hit your eye and one pupillary sphincter tore. But it sounds like you've already seen an eye md and ENT doctor.

Yes: Otitis media, or a middle ear infection results in pus behind the eardrum.  As a result, pressure builds up.  If you have an ear infection you will need Motrin and antibiotics.

ct scan shows blockage in left maxillary sinus. but have pain and pressure on right side above and behind eye and ear. is it caused by the left side?

Depends: It's possible to sense barometric pressure pain in the sinuses in the absence of ct findings. So you may have right sided pain without evidence of blockage. Go see an ENT that specializes on sinuses for further evaluation.

Eye exam: Pressure in the eyes can mean many things, the most concerning is glaucoma. This is diagnosed on the basis of an eye exam. You may try artificial tear lubricating eye drops to help the symptoms.

Eye pain : Because you are experiencing pain in 1 eye or around the eye, it would be important for you to see a physician as soon as possible. In this visit an assessment can be done to see if your eye is the primary problem or if there is another problem causing the pain.

If that is okay check the neck.

for the past 2 days iv had a pressure in the front of my head and behind my eyes after putting wax removing liquid in my ears. should i be worried?

Maybe: You should be concerned if your hearing has changed. Did you have a lot of wax? Did you use any instruments or swabs in your ear. Any of those things can affect the ear drum &amp; cause symptoms. If the symptoms do not abate after 24 hours or get worse or you become quite dizzy see your physician right away

Pain in ear /eye: Check for sinusitis (CT/ MRI) , mastitis, also since you have PMR make sure not temporal arteritis ( sed rate/biopsy)-as they are related , check for glaucoma for eye pain. and TMJ Pain unless fleeting like 2 seconds should always be evaluated ,

Hx of migraines?: If you have a history of migraines, then apparently they've gotten worse. If you have never had migraines before, you have them now - IF these are in fact migraines. See your doctor.

Lump: Based on your story, it is impossible to know what the lump is.  See an eye doctor for further evaluation and removal.
