Pain in ear /eye: Check for sinusitis (CT/ MRI) , mastitis, also since you have PMR make sure not temporal arteritis ( sed rate/biopsy)-as they are related , check for glaucoma for eye pain. and TMJ Pain unless fleeting like 2 seconds should always be evaluated ,
