Yes: Otitis media, or a middle ear infection results in pus behind the eardrum. As a result, pressure builds up. If you have an ear infection you will need Motrin and antibiotics.

Not directly: In many cases of otitis media there is also a sinus infection which can be felt as pressure behind the eye. The ear infection itself cannot cause pressure behind the eye.
