Curls: The best exercises for biceps are curls. Either with a barbell or dumbbell. Grip the bar and raise it in front of you from your thigh to your shoulder bending at your elbow.
After a few week you can start charging tickets to the gun show! just kidding. But you will see some progress.

Work the shoulder...: The long head of the biceps originates from inside the shoulder joint whereas the short head of the biceps arises form the corocoid process (front of chest wall) the long head of the biceps can be engaged by performing modified shoulder flies (elbow slightly bent, start with your hands by your side and elevate them forward at a 45 angle to the sagital plane until area are parrallel to ground).

Loss of body fat: In general the best way to enhance muscle definition is reducing body fat percentage. Seeing definition between the heads of the biceps probably is not possible without a body fat percentage under 12%, and probably closer to 10%. I hasten to add that for health purposes one does not have to have body fat percentages this low, but i understand the drive to aesthetics.

Home gym exercise: There are lots of great programs out there to build muscle outside of a gym. Believe it or not yoga is great at doing just that. Outside of that one of the best programs I have found that does what you ask is p90x. It works but you have to follow the program and depending how well you follow the diet you will be remarkably surprised in 90 days.

what could cause tiny pinprick blood marks near surface of skin? red, definitely not petacchiae. i've 2-3 on biceps. recently lots of exercise.

Cherry hemangioma: do they blanch when you press on them?  (Turn white or normal skin color). If not and they are slightly raised they are probably cherry hemangiomas. Benign capillary bursts which are tiny blood capillary growths. They often aperture after small injuries. Sometimes genetic. But not alarming. They are benign.

can i do hip and groin exercise daily ? because i'm thinking since hip and groin are less  to be tired after workout then biceps and etc.

Yes: Your muscles and joints all work differently and can handle different levels of activity.  As you don't walk on your arms, lifting weights may cause soreness more quickly than lower extremity strengthening.  They are designed for daily use--so use them !  walk / run / stretch / exercise / strengthen !

Wait: You should always wait for your doctor to give you the "a ok" before doing anything while having these conditions, you don't want to make it worse so i would wait and take it easy until your doctor lets you know what you can and can't do :].

Not likely: Given your history of working your biceps today, and you're 27, it's not likely that it's your heart.  If you are very concerned, though, this is something that would have to be evaluated in person.  Best of luck!

i have inflammation in my triceps after a hard workout - it has been 6 days without any strenuous exercise and lost of rest. the inflammation is spreading like a bee sting to my biceps, shoulder and forearm- what should i do?

See below: While there are many causes of arm pain and stinging one of the most common causes is cervical radiculopathy.  This occurs when one of the nerves leaving the neck gets compressed as it leaves the spine and travels down the arm.  Compression may occur due to degenerative/bulging discs or arthritic bone spurs contacting the nerve.  See your physician if these symptoms are not better in 2 weeks
