No: singulair won't, and claritin would partially help, you may very well have chronic sinusitis and may need an antibiotic, / more medicines to control your symptoms. See your doctor first, who may refer you to an ENT or an Allergist for further management, good luck

Chronic: Or recurrent upper respiratory infection/inflammation, tonsilar stones wouldn't cause such, if you mean by "bumps under your tonsils " enlarged painless lymph nodes, that could secondary to the chronic inflammation we mentioned above or some other condition, please visit your doctor, good luck

Post nasal drip: Post nasal drip can come from allergies or sinus problems, and bacterial growth causes the "stones" (soft cheesy material) sometimes seen on the tonsils.  It is not good to try to remove the stones; you risk infection by injuring the surrounding area, &amp; without addressing post-nasal drip, they will return. Your doc can help find cause of the drip, and guide treatment based on cause.

Insurance won't pay: Ent surgeons simply don't do tonsillectomies at the rate they did 30-40 years ago.  In my non-surgical physician opinion..Your symptoms are not any where severe enough to have this done either.  Tonsilar calculi (singular: calculus) are basically deposits of calcium and phosphorus in the tonsillar mkatrix.  Laser, curetting and several other methods including tonsillectomy are options.

See ENT: I believe an ENT doctor will be able to help you on this. I would leave it alone if you have no symptoms but if you have a lot of discomfort from it, then something (including tonsillectomy) needs be done.

Pharyngeal vesicles: There is little way to tell what these are without seeing them. Coxsackie virus infection can produce some blister-like lesions (herpangina), but the best way to diagnose this would be to show it to a doctor. Good luck
