Chronic: Or recurrent upper respiratory infection/inflammation, tonsilar stones wouldn't cause such, if you mean by "bumps under your tonsils " enlarged painless lymph nodes, that could secondary to the chronic inflammation we mentioned above or some other condition, please visit your doctor, good luck
