Sinus infection ?: May very well be. Have your physician take a look, may require antibiotics.

Acute sinusitis: A sinus infection may also have a cough, sore throat, toothache, fever and bad breath. Neti-pot Saline irrigation, plenty of water, expectorants and NSAIDs for pain are good home remedies to drain the sinuses and alleviate the condition.
