Postnasal lump: No, cancer is not the only remaining cause of a post-nasal lump.  Scarring or swelling from inflammation can cause this.  It is very stressful to wait for biopsy results, but you can rest assured that noncancerous causes are still possible, esp. at your young age.

No chemo needed: There is no evidence that chemotherapy benefits patients with stage 2 colon cancer.  It is often given, however.  There might be a reason to give it if the cancer was obstructing or perforated as that can worsen the likelihood for cure with surgical resection alone.

No: Any lesion requiring surgery and/or radiation is not normal.

GI bleed: Black loose stool much more concerning for an upper GI bleed.  if you had a good quality colonoscopy 2 years ago, colon cancer is fairly unlikely (unless you have known genetic mutations/ aggressive polyps etc) - but you do need to get checked out for upper GI tract bleeding ASAP. make an appt with your PCP/GI today/tomorrow and get your CBC checked.  lay off of ASA and NSAIDS.

Abdominal pain: You should see your GI doctor, he may need to do a physical examination to elucidate the cause. You may be experiencing Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms. Look in the internet about the low FODMAP diet.

i have a polop about 5/6 cm that is bleedinghas in my stomach. i am anemic and experience joint pain,in my hands i have diabetes . do i fit sld??

SLD?  Do you mean...: SLE (systemic lupus erythematosus)?  SLE most commonly affects the joints &amp; skin but can affect any organ system.  It can contribute to anemia and internal bleeding.  However, the conditions you mention can occur in people without SLE.  Your doctor can run blood tests specifically for Lupus.  In any case, the bleeding polyp, anemia &amp; diabetes need treatment regardless of the cause.  Best wishes!

my 9 yr old daughter has difficult breathing when asleep and foams at her mouth. she has nasal polops which we believe might be causing the problem. what can we do for her? would this also be the cause of bed wetting?

: Difficulty breathing can mean a lot of things. Some clarification is needed. You need an evaluation by your pediatrician first, who can then provide referrals to Ear Nose Throat or Pulmonology if needed.

how do they clean pools before opening them for the year?

Many Steps: They will remove the pool cover. Install drain plugs into pump, chlorinator  & filter. Turn on power to pump. Start system. Skim the top of the pool. Vacuum the interior of the pool & then brush the pool. Check / balance chemicals. It is a lot of work !.
