Diet: Does not alter your thyroid level unless your the iodine in your diet is insufficient which is unlikely in developed countries where salt is fortified with iodine.  Have your doctor monitor your TSH. Enjoy any healthy diet of choice and take your thyroid medications as prescribed

The best foods: For weight loss are the ones you don't eat. There are no magic weight loss foods. You just need to eat fewer calories than you burn off through activity and exercise. It's 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. Don';t get your health and nutrition information from friends, tv or the internet.

: Not likely.  May be nothing to be concerned about but if you are would get further globulin testing done to distinguish why globulins are high.

This is true for both ↓ ed internal insulin+amylin production (type 1) or ↓ed response to insulin+amylin (type 2) despite all marketing claims (supposedly healthy carbs) to the contrary. Go hf/lc.

ADA  DIET AND LOW AN: She has to be ada diet which is low in carbohydrates and calories depending on her weight and reduced animal products that are high in purines.

Could you suggest: Probably best to see a good nutritionist. Most hospitals provide this service., maybe for a nominal fee, money well spend. In general for diabetes stay away from "white" foods that are simple carbohydrates. Educate yourself on foods with low glycemic index that are good for diabetics , stay away from high glycemic . For gout, eliminate shrimp/ lobster/ red meat/beans/asparagus . See nutritionist.
