does a pescatarian diet have enough protein sources?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Marvin Ott

Appropriately formed: pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan diets based upon WHOLE FOODS, rather than processed ones generally have more than enough protein for adults, and contain all of the essential amino acids. Hope this helps!
