Many choices: It could be an abscessed tooth or an impacted wisdom tooth.  Advise you to start with a dental visit for diagnosis and treatment.

Refer to answer: It could be pulled muscle, or a pinch nervefor pulled muscle keep it warm and massage it.
Stop all cereals. Take whole milk cheese.Do less than 10lbs push pull lift for two weeks. Take vit d3 1000 units. Bend forward do forward  streching exercise with your neck completely relaxes and try to touch your toes  in up and down for ten times twice a day.If it is from pinch nerve should go away.

C MD ASAP: Can't tell here. Could be benign, e.g. Lipoma (fatty tumor), sebaceous cyst of skin), or could be cancerous lymph node, lymphoma, abscess, etc. See md asap for diagnosis and rx.

Need to be examined: Have a healthcare personnel examine the breast lumps to determine the nature and right treatment. The lump on your neck may or may not be related with the lump in the breast. Your primary care provider or a GYN doctor will be of great help.

Likely lymph node: Most likely a lymph node, which is enlarged because of the cold (viral infection). If it persists more than a few weeks, new areas appear, or it enlarges  get it checked out by a doctor. There are more serious diseases which can cause lymph node enlargement.

Depends: It could be a bone, a bone spur, a cyst that is adherent to (stuck) to a bone beneath it, or something else.  The fact that it not painful and not mobile would warrant investigation if it is new.

The most common: cause of a neck lump is an enlarged lymph node. Or, in the location you describe, an enlarged or swollen salivary gland. But the fact that it seems to be associated with pain in certain positions makes me wonder if you could just have a muscle strain with some associated inflammation and swelling. I think you can watch this for a few days, but if it persists &gt;1 week, see your Doctor for evaluation

Benign nodule : Common surface nodules on the neck include cysts and lipomas. They may grow larger or be painful. However there are some nodules that may be cancerous. See a dermatologist for an evaluation.
