Not ovulating: Check a pregnancy test first. Spotting without a normal cyclic period means that you are not ovulating. There are lots of causes such as pcos, thyroid disease, too much weight gain or weight loss. Schedule a visit with your obgyn so they can go through your history and run some very basic tests.

Menstruation: Being stressed its a cause of delayed period. Consider to repeat a pregnancy test if already done one to rule out pregnancy. Sometimes a urine test is negative to only in a few days turn out positive. Pregnancy can also cause the symtoms you mentioned before.

i been having so much discharge lately. i noticed after my birthday, i have been having so much discharge and can't really control it. sometimes i get false assumptions thinking it's my period. can this all affect my period not coming this month?

Vaginal discharge ?': Heavy vaginal discharge can occur secondary to several types of yeast (fungal) infections,or other vaginal bacterial infections.  See your gyn physician for an exam and testing.  The discharge will not interfere with your menstrual cycle. If your period is delayed, get a serum HCG test for pregnancy to be certain.

Not 100% effective: Even when used correctly, condoms are not 100 % effective in preventing pregnancy.  That being said, there are other causes of irregular periods such as low thyroid, high prolactin levels, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and endometriosis.  A pregnancy test would be a good first step to figuring out the cause.

Need eval: 121 is high. you need an MRI of the pituitary if it stays high. that can definitely affect your period and chance of becoming pregnant.  i would advise to see a specialist for both evaluation and to begin treatment

Hormonal changes: It is not uncommon for periods to be irregular after a procedure, especially those involving the uterus.  Hormonal imbalances can occur from the stress of a procedure, and local irritation from instrumenting the uterus can also affect your period.  Given that you had this 13 days ago, it is extremely unlikely to be due to pregnancy.  You can call your gynecologist for more advice.

Depo/OCP and menses: Using the Depo-Provera shot and ocp can make the lining thin.  Both are hormones and the Depo-Provera shot  lasts up to 3 months. In some patients, it  may take a while until your body adjusts back to normal. If you are very thin and/or very athletic, it may cause further delay for return of your cycles as well.  Since it's been a year, i would  see your doctor to make sure there isn't something else happening.

Normal: If you have a 28 day cycle your period would be due about Feb. 1 so you are in the normal range for sure. Any where from 21 days from the start of one period to 35-42 days to the start of the next ( depending on the source) is considered to be normal. Hope this helps.

Try 5 days: You did not specify dose. If sexually active do a home pregnancy test.
