Hormonal changes: It is not uncommon for periods to be irregular after a procedure, especially those involving the uterus. Hormonal imbalances can occur from the stress of a procedure, and local irritation from instrumenting the uterus can also affect your period. Given that you had this 13 days ago, it is extremely unlikely to be due to pregnancy. You can call your gynecologist for more advice.
