General follow up: Usually not. Trace regurgitation on Echocardiogram reports is quite common. Please make sure you have your cardiologist review the Echocardiogram report in detail with you.

PASP= Pulmonary: Artery Systolic Pressure. CVP = Central Venous Pressure.  LVEDP = Left Ventricular End Diastolic Pressure. Testing (assessment) most likely with ECHO and Soundwaves (Doppler) (therefore noninvasive) are able to infer the pressures inside the heart (hemodynamics). They apparently were all NORMAL.

: Yes, pulmonary systolic pressure of 38 mmHg by TR jet put you in the category of mild to moderate pulmonary hypertension. What is your underlying cardiopulmonary problem? Do you have rheumatic heart disease or chronic pulmonary disease? Take care the underlying disease can stabilize the PAP or delay the progression.

: The tricuspid regurgitation may be due to a defective valve. Discuss treatment options with your Cardiologist. The pulmonary hypertension is mild and the underlying cause should be managed. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness.

: In general, it means you exercised well and that there was no decrease in oxygen supply to the heart that was reversible. It also says you had insignificant tricuspid valve regurgitation which means a little bit of blood flowed backwards through that valve-this is not unusual. The pulmonary artery pressure could not be measured. This test should be interpreted by your cardiologist. Good luck!

: I regard the pulmonary artery pressures as borderline high. Bear in mind that up to 30% of echocardiogram interpretations can be inaccurate. The gold standard for measuring pulmonary artery pressure is still by right heart catheterization. If you have concerns consult a cardiologist or pulmonologist for evaluation and advice regarding diagnosis, further studies and follow-up plans.

Hard to say: Inner thigh pain can be from almost anything as so many things are there. Problems can be from muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels and nerves, or combinations.
