The Dentist: It is really important to find out why your teeth are hurting in the first place. Recommend dental evaluation to determine cause and to determine if repair is necessarily. Ear acpuncture is very effective in relieving tooth pain - but see your dentist before you do anything else. Good luck.

Home Care: While you do need to see a dentist to resolve this pain, there are somethings you can do at home to help relieve it. Rinse with warm water and brush teeth gently after each meal to flush out any food particles and reduce bacterial load. Avoid eating sweet and/or sticky foods. Avoid acidic drinks (soda, gatorade, etc.). Take advil (ibuprofen) as per a headache. Please arrange to see your dentist asap.
