Hard to say: Inner thigh pain can be from almost anything as so many things are there. Problems can be from muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels and nerves, or combinations. More info is needed on how it started, what the pain is like, what the area looks like and so on. Sorry i can't do more right now! try again and tell more of the story. Lots of great doctors waiting to help!
