In general, it means you exercised well and that there was no decrease in oxygen supply to the heart that was reversible. It also says you had insignificant tricuspid valve regurgitation which means a little bit of blood flowed backwards through that valve-this is not unusual. The pulmonary artery pressure could not be measured. This test should be interpreted by your cardiologist. Good luck!
