is uterine prolapse painful?

Not usually: Uterine prolapse usually progresses slowly, essentially starting after having a vaginal delivery and progressing more quickly after menopause.  Most women do not have specific pain, but do have the feeling of fullness and pressure in the pelvis - as the prolapse worsens some women will feel something falling out of the vagina and may occasionally need to manually push it back inside the vagina.

Delivering fibroid?: Yes, Rarely small polyps or fibroids can be expelled if they are intracavitary. This is uncommon. A large clot can also appear to be solid if its expelled. Take ibuprofen and follow up with GYN as needed.

Well: Sleeping well? Previous hx of pain with stress? Ever been treated for anxiety/ depression? It could be the skin but ur gp would have gotten that.  It could be anxiety/ muscle spasms with a subsequent feedback loop.  Getting caught in a neurologic chain reaction.  Consider Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30 mg with Clonazepam 2 mg night, 1 mg in day, 1wk day dose, avoid fetal w/d, mass gen women psych site, apol if incorre.

Very effective : Uterine artery embolization (uae) is a very effective, non-surgical, outpatient procedure to treat symptoms from fibroids. Typical recovery 4-5 days (out of work 1week). A small percentage of patients have a rough go with pain, most find it manageable with oral meds. Most important to find an experienced ir with uae and one that has a specific pain regimen in place.

had uterine suspension in 2013. had a baby in 2016, had lots of pain when baby grew. had ablation in 2014. on and off spotting and pain often. sitting up from laying down is painful or just  shifting

"Shifty" uterus: The uterus is held by 3 sets of ligaments(guide wires) in place to restrict movement and allow the uterus to "float" in space. The uterine suspension guide  wire" (ligament suspension) "tightening" was probably "destroyed" by the weight of the subsequent 2016 pregnant uterus. Therefore, a "shifty" uterus with pain. See a GYN MD for assessment and maybe another suspension

is it ok to drink orange juice while having a uterine fibrods.. it's almost 3 inches big and very painful?
