Had uterine suspension in 2013. had a baby in 2016, had lots of pain when baby grew. had ablation in 2014. on and off spotting and pain often. sitting up from laying down is painful or just shifting

A doctor has provided 1 answer

"Shifty" uterus: The uterus is held by 3 sets of ligaments(guide wires) in place to restrict movement and allow the uterus to "float" in space. The uterine suspension guide wire" (ligament suspension) "tightening" was probably "destroyed" by the weight of the subsequent 2016 pregnant uterus. Therefore, a "shifty" uterus with pain. See a GYN MD for assessment and maybe another suspension
