i once fell and broke my front tooth and now its painful.

it has what looks like a lump inside the nose and pus comes out every now and then. the tooth has turned dark/brownish. it is painful, especially when eating or drinking?

Necrotic Nerve: It appears the nerve in that tooth has died as a result of the trauma. You have an infection that requires immediate attention. The tooth requires root canal therapy and most likely a crown. The alternative is extraction. Waiting to get treated only makes things worse and decreases the chances of saving the tooth. Please see a dentist.

upper wisdom teeth was extracted. when i drink water and down my head. water come from nose by teeth extracted side. seem there is leakage. what is this ?

i had a root canal thursday ,and four days after i still have pain when chewing or taping on my tooth ;also a sensitivity to cold but not hot .the big problem is that my neck on that side hurts really bad ,strangling sensation.idea of what can be?

Bite adjustment: The occlusion, or the "bite, " is likely high on the restoration, and this is causing sensitivity on chewing. Go to your dentist and he/she can adjust the occlusion quickly. This is easily fixed, so don't wait.

Up down Pain: Many times the cold sensitivity discomfort is from an upper or lower tooth, rarely both.  If the upper tooth nerve is degrading it can cause inflammation between the tooth and the bone and extrude the tooth out of its socket.  This can cause a "high" bite and make the opposing tooth sore.  The muscles can also become sore in their effort to avoid having the two sore teeth touch during sleep

Please see your Dentist who can examine the area, test the teeth for vitality, evaluate gum/bone health, xRay to look between teeth and under the gums, check your occlusion thermal test, and then advise the appropriate treatment.

Crowned tooth pain: Pain in a tooth that has a crown may result from an infected nerve that would need a root canal, a fractured tooth under the crown or in the root, or because the bite is high and needs to be adjusted.
