Good day, i once fell and broke my front tooth and now its painful. it has what looks like a lump inside the nose and pus comes out every now and then. the tooth has turned dark/brownish. it is painful, especially when eating or drinking?

Necrotic Nerve: It appears the nerve in that tooth has died as a result of the trauma. You have an infection that requires immediate attention. The tooth requires root canal therapy and most likely a crown. The alternative is extraction. Waiting to get treated only makes things worse and decreases the chances of saving the tooth. Abscess: The tooth is infected, and the infection is spreading to other organ systems. It may be fractured, or the trauma may have caused the "nerve" of the tooth to die.
