Necrotic Nerve: It appears the nerve in that tooth has died as a result of the trauma. You have an infection that requires immediate attention. The tooth requires root canal therapy and most likely a crown. The alternative is extraction. Waiting to get treated only makes things worse and decreases the chances of saving the tooth.
