See MD immediately: What you describe could be an entity called Bell's Palsy. If a rash were to appear in the same area this could be Shingles. Shingles can occur without a rash but Bell's Palsy is more likely. Usually the symptoms of Bell's Palsy fully resolve completely but not always. You should see an MD immediately and start treatment. Use artificial tears to protect your eye. Close eye and patch when you sleep.

TMJ: Temporomandibular joint dysfucntion/pain is a common cause of ear pain. If you tend to grind your teeth or have poor occlusion due to missing teeth or some anatomical variant, you may be especially prone to develop the dysfunction of this joint. There may be other types of problems causing similar symtpoms, though.

Ear infection?: Throat infection ? An infection usually around the painful and/or  swollen lymhonode is usually the cause of the problem. Please see your doctor. I hope this helps.

TMJ treatment : The most common cause of jaw and ear pain is from TMJ syndrome. If you’ve been to your physician and they’ve checked your ears and they are normal in appearance, this is the most likely cause. You should discuss this problem with your dentist or oral surgeon for best management options. Typically, going on a soft diet for three weeks and using round-the-clock anti-inflammatories is a good start.

More information: I wish I had some more information, like if you ever feel  your ear popping or feel like you can hear yourself talking out of that ear because if you did I'd think you have a problem with your eustachian tube. If not, I would question a possible issue with your TMJ joint. Either way, I'd suggest having your doc take a look in your ear on Monday and determine which it is (if either) and treat

Thoughts...: With ear and jaw tightness we think of pressure or fluid behind the ear drum, inflammation or irritation of the TMJ joint, even dental cavities can cause symptoms that can refer to the ear (but this is more likely to cause pain).

Facial : Facial paralysis can be caused by a few things:
- bell's palsy (most common)
- stroke
- tumor
- lyme disease
- infection
- sarcoidosis
- ramsay hunt syndrome

even though bell's palsy is most common and fairly benign, the other causes are concerning enough that you should see a doctor right away.  With many of the other diseases, the sooner they are diagnosed and treated, the better the outcome is.

Unlikely: More likely musculoskeletal or neurological (headache variant) or other.
