Yes: Click indicates disc displaced.  You can't fix this by taking a pill.  See your Dentist.  As if referral to Orthodontist or Oral Surgeon is in order.  You need someone to determine the cause of your dysfunction and to treat the cause.

Pimple: is most likely if it is tender.  Try applying hot compress 3-4 times daily and otherwise leave it alone.  Good luck!

Stress?: Since you are young, mention many symptoms, take Xanax, (alprazolam) and have bilateral symptoms the answer might be stress.  Patients with stress biology report many symptoms that are odd and remain unexplained.  However, branches of the cervical plexus and trigeminal nerve might relate.  See ENT for evaluation.

This requires you to make a list by order of  magnitude or severity to your mind. Some of the symptoms suggest an element of stress either in your home or work life. For this I would suggest that you exercise(walk) daily

Many Things: Chin pain can be from your lower front teeth if they have long roots and they are infected.  Any trauma to the area?  There are muscle attachments that could be strained.  Systemic (& bone) diseases could also affect the chin.

As airplanes descend from 30, 000 feet to sea level there is a change in the air pressure causing a "squeeze" on your ears and sinuses. You should try to "equalize" these pressures by chewing gum, sucking on hard candy, or drinking small sips during descent. Holding your nose and blowing to gently "pop" your ears also helps.
