Stress?: Since you are young, mention many symptoms, take Xanax, (alprazolam) and have bilateral symptoms the answer might be stress. Patients with stress biology report many symptoms that are odd and remain unexplained. However, branches of the cervical plexus and trigeminal nerve might relate. See ENT for evaluation.
