i have had pain in my left foot on top by my arch for a few weeks. it makes it where i limp from the pain what could cause this?

Tendonitis: You may be suffering from a condition called posterior tibial tendonitis or dysfunction (pttd).  I would recommend trying a insert for your shoe to control the arch of the foot.  I would also seek medical attention to further evaluate your symptoms.  Physical therapy may prove to be beneficial as well as custom molded orthotics.

Can be many things: Including tendonitis, stress fracture, spurs on top of foot (dorsal exostosis). I would recommend a visit to the foot doctor of your choice for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

my palatopharyngeal arch on the left side extends to the uvula and also downward; it also appears to be split from top to bottom.  it may have always been like this but i don't know?  i thought at first it was the tonsil, but is not. is this normal?

: It is not usual. Abnormal suggests that there something wrong.In this case it's unlikely since you have no symptoms or problems. Yes, you could of had this from birth or even sometime of oral injury.

Edema or bone: If it feels hard like bone then it very well might be your bone structure.  However there are presentations of swelling or edema, such as brawny edema that can feel rather dense to touch.   I'm envisioning that you have a high arch foot and if you have been wearing very high heels, it can actually accentuate your arch structure.

I would : Discontinue any ballet until I saw the foot doctor. Ice the region and make sure to wear a shoe/sneaker with an arch support until you can be evaluated.

i received 50 units of botox in my glabella/forehead 36 hrs ago. now my brows have lost their arch & only the top 1/2 of my forehead rises/ is furrowed. is more botox a fix? how long must i wait?

Wait longer: You should  wait about 2 weeks  to allow the BOTOX to fully exert its effects. It's not unusual to see irregularities early on, as it  is just beginning to work. You should not have anymore BOTOX until 2 weeks pass, otherwise you risk  having a worse result.
