hi. my friend, 24, had his penis bitten during truthordare. it was so painful he screamed. its been a week he cant ejaculate. his penis feels a bit numb; while erected a bit painful. what could be the diagnosis? does it heal on its own? thnks a lot?

Hard to guess: On a public forum, it's hard to guess what is going on in a specific individual. For bite wounds, infections are a big problem because bacteria get forced into the injured area by the penetrating teeth. Sometimes the body part gets badly damaged. That would be bad for a penis. The time to see the doctor was probably yesterday or the day before, but seeing the doctor today is better than tomorrow.

I do NOT KNOW, BUT..: Having your hand be numb and painful is not normal, and could be caused by many issues including but not limited to a nerve impingement injury causing those symptoms, so you need to see a Dr. to get it evaluated and diagnosed so the appropriate treatment can occur. 1. Blood clot in the leg can cause pain and ultimately numbness in the lower leg
2. Pressure on a nerve can cause numbess in the leg
3. A bluging vertebral disk can place pressure on a nerve, causing numbness
4. Peripheral vascular disease, diabetes can cause decreased circulation and ultimately numbess.

It is crucial you see your doctor to assess the causivie factors. As this ihas been happening for a couple of weeks, it is recommended that you see your doctor asap or go to an urgent care or emergency room. It is possible that a clot can be the cause and should be treated immediately. Also, it would be terrible for you to endure a fall and get injured. Seek medical attention.

The reason is that a guy's testicle can die if the testicle twists, thus twisting off the blood supply (called torsion). Other causes of testicle pain include doing sports without a jock strap, getting kicked in the groin, having a testicle infection, etc... Sometimes, an ultrasound scan is done to look for torsion.

Hard to say.: Not really sure. Your symptoms are rather vague.  If it is both hands and primarily the first three fingers and associated with use of hands it is likely carpal tunnel syndrome.  If it is all fingers both hands it may be a metabolic or neuropathic problem. If the symptoms persist may want to have your doc look at this up close and personal.

Doesn't hurt: With a leep the cervix will be numbed with local anesthetic.  You may feel some heat but nothing should hurt.  The local anesthetic injections may be a little uncomfortable.

It can be seen in a seatbelt injury from a car accident or from sports, but in most cases the cause is unknown. Obesity and diabetes are predisposing factors.
