I feel my hands sleeps and numbness, like 3 hrs ago , can someone tell me how can i quickly heal this?

Hard to say.: Not really sure. Your symptoms are rather vague. If it is both hands and primarily the first three fingers and associated with use of hands it is likely carpal tunnel syndrome. If it is all fingers both hands it may be a metabolic or neuropathic problem. If the symptoms persist may want to have your doc look at this up close and personal.
