: No. You need a good clinical exam  including back and prostate to diagnose. Diagnosis of prostatitis by a rectal exam and if you had it then you should have had treatment for it . If not then pl see a Urologist. In the meantime try warm bath soaks, and Ibuprofen. I hope you feel better

You need to: see a doctor, because your symptoms could be something else even more serious.  Kidney stones, depending on location, cause severe pain in flank or groin, usually not in hip or buttocks.  It also typically causes microhematuria, not visible to the eye.
