A 44-year-old member asked:
can you tell me if a person had pain in right side should bilirubin be present in urine?

Not necessarily: Bilirubin in the urine usually indicates biliary obstruction. Biliary obstruction can cause pain in the right side of the abdomen, but there are many other causes of pain in the right side that are not associated with bilirubin in the urine.
