Back pain dark urine: back pain and dark urine could be a sign of urinary tract infection. Have your GP check your urine for infection and also for blood.

Something's wrong: I might have had be a simple explanation for any one of your symptoms separately, but, when taken together, they worry me. Although I don't know why you notice it particularly in the morning, this combination of symptoms could indicate liver, kidney or other serious & treatable conditions.
